All orders are processed from the United States of America during normal business hours. Noblesse Peau is not open on weekends and Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for additional delivery time.
Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes for orders over $390 / $450 and are unable to ship to a Military base address.
All orders are sent from the US via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive Tracking Information directly from the courier once they have your parcel moving.
On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to USPS, DHL, FedEx.
Noblesse Peau do not cover Customs Tax, Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Handling Fees or Customs Clearance Charges required by your country for importing goods from the US. You, the buyer is responsible to clear these charges, which vary as per your country of residence. If the customs fees and charges are refused, the order will be returned back to Noblesse Peau and you will not receive a refund for the charges.
